Patching Hacked Client

forget about it lol. That will just "patch" it for few minutes or hours depending on the make of another hacked client.
You should know there is no permanent solution or patch for a hack, but you can look through the tutorials on mpgh there is one that helps you protect your client. Also depending on what type of hack is it

Use nilly's anti cheat, it fixes most hacks except godmode

i forgot how i fixed gotmode lol, used Ghostmaree's tutorial and extended upon it and i somehow fixed it perfectly.

lol his tutorial was an april fools joke afaik, never used it or even looked at it

Which is the server sided patch that you are using?

Nope. The tutorial (if it is what I think you guys are talking about) does work.
It just needs adjustments to how it ticks/works to ensure there are no invisible bullets.

i never even seen the tutorial xD i just read a comment a while ago of someone else saying that it was a joke and thats why I said it above along with saying afaik because i wasnt sure

now i remember why i say it was april fools joke
it was released a day after april fools and also I read the comments and saw people saying it doesnt work and saying "good one" and mike saying "youll have a real laugh" and i never even bothered inspecting the code nor implementing it because i just assumed it was april fools joke
