Download and install and follow the procedures if you need more assistance than read that.
Please learn your way around visual studio I don't know cpp and Im still working my way around
Do you have it on Release x86?
Well,i think that you have to search for this file d3dx9.h and then
remove the includes and you should be fine

include directx in vc++ directories
