They'll just ban your account and any new accounts you make. They might even ban your IP but trust me they won't come knocking down on your house. Same thing happened to me with eBay, needed to pay them £150 but decided not to and after 3/4 years nothing has happened to me... you're good don't worry.

Use a VPN or even a VPS when making/using new Paypals and you'll be fine... Hope you haven't been logging into all of them through the same IP.

I don't think you're good since they -probably- have your bank account info and your address and they could take action against you.
