how to make a login screen

hello. i want to make a nice login screen but there is one thing i dont get how it works:


how to move the login so it will function normal.
like here a example :



i got cs3 and ive got a common sense but how ?

also how to place new buttons so they function

u gotta alter the other files in it

u need to edit file in UI_login folder not tga file but that other
