Questions About Offsets

So I see a lot of people going on about the offset changes, and I injected my hack in -insecure mode to see if anything wasn't working, but it seemed like everything was fine. I am just using my crappy ayyware paste with legit aim, chams, skeleton esp, knife changer and bhop. So I am kind of confused, do I not need to change anything? Does having old offsets make it more likely that I will be banned? Still pretty new and clueless about this stuff.

And if I need to update them, how exactly do I do it? Do I just replace the numbers in the "Offsets Megathread" e.g:
CNETVAR_FUNC(int, GetHealth, 0xA93054E3); //m_iHealth

If you're talking about the recent updates, the offsets haven't changed for the most part. The offsets or certain offsets don't always change with every update.
