CrazyClient v10: Map hack [X18]

Based on @lolpot132 's updated client.

What's New:
Map hack
- Works in realms, revealing the whole map
- Loading in for the first time takes longer than usual
Dungeon map cacher
- Re-entering a dungeon loads all known tiles back into the minimap
- Dungeons with always the same map are revealed entirely
/const (or /constructs) now ignores/unignores all constructs

Bug Fixes:
Disable client swap is now called Responsive inventory
- Will no longer cause disconnect
Fixed quest health bar text overlapping

Sorry if this is self explanatory 1st question does it show where parasite dens are, and second is it the same as crazy client.

CrazyJani, why not also create automatic dungeon makers? Theres one for sprite already why not for other dungeons?

I could be completely wrong on this but from what I understand Sprite Worlds work differently from any other dungeon in the game which is why we can noclip and speed hack in there. I'm pretty sure the black tiles in there don't actually count as a void like black tiles do everywhere else. Again, I could be wrong though, Jani will probably give you a wayyy better answer lol.

Is the auto-aim no-clip in this version working? Because lolpot132 was not.
