Black window

I know that this goes on general section but almost no one goes there! so please dont move it :S

i have a bug and every time i try to go shop, my character and sometimes modification.. the window goes black and i can only see the character :S

can someone tell me how to fix this?? :S

what graphic card do you have? u can see it under start->control panel->hardware and sounds->device manager or smth like that, i dont really know how its correctly spelled cause i have a german win7
look for graphic card->right click on your graphic card->update driver
if this doesnt help, post your graphic card here and i'll give you the link to download the newest driver for your graphic card
