I got ban?

after the game update i got this error message.
Cannot read the save game. bla bla
Error code:102
this mean i got ban?
i already deleted the old save game, but still getting error message.

you fucked up your save file ahaha

Delete your save, disable steam cloud sync (steam settings) , start your game and open bloodweb , close the game and enable steam cloud. You will be asked to upload a new save or use the previous one, choose a new one.
