Chargebacked on PP

Got chargebacked on PayPal for an BTC exchange - unauthorized transaction. I know that currency exchange is forbidden on PayPal. Anyone who has experience with this?

Never cause I always try to find people who already have Btc and know them for a long time.

how old is your paypal though? i had some disputes before that i won. i just explained everything to them.

It's relatively new, but fully verified.

although your paypal is fully verified,it doesn't guarantee you'll win that case. Not really sure about your case since you have a new paypal. Mine was really aged, and with a lot history of transactions (receiving and sending). So i easily won that case in buying Digital Items ( in this case - BTC ).

Was the money sent to you as friends and family or goods and services?

And Yea, Thompiss is correct. If it's sent via F&F, then your chance of winning the case if 0-50%

If it's family and Freinds but the money come from your card not your PayPal balance your covered by your card as the funds come from there you can chargeback with your card I did once and it went all good if it come from your PayPal balance to the scammer then eh your fucked.

Yeah you're screwed, next time get 2 PayPals for your own safety.
