Middle finger. (Illegal?)
So I have lived in my apartment for about a year now and this family moved in and took our parking spot, and would often be just plain fucking annoying in general. So one day they pulled in my parking spot that I had been parking their for a year and I shot them the bird, when I got out of my car the lady was yelling why did I do that and she got it on her phone and blah blah blah... I didn't say nothing and went inside. The next day I get a call from my Landlord of my apartment complex saying that I need to respect my fellow neighbors and that they called the police on me for flipping them off and they felt threatened that I did so. What should I do to "legally" piss them off next?
What?

You should tell your landlord to eat a dick, "respect your neighbors" - if he/she wants you to respect your neighbors, then he/she should those neighbors to respect you, not park anywhere where they fucking desire, you did the right thing, and if police comes, tell them that they took your stop that you've used for years, and that's why u fingered at them, it's not illegal, wtf, those neighbors should get a thicker skin, not act all ****** like
Just ignore them ?
poop every day to them under the door
Who have good neighbors ? It’s a legend, you can’t.
I hate these kind of people talking whats yours. when they we're gone put those ichy powder and made their house is infested.
Send them drugs and tip off the police.
Boot their internet offline lel.
Middle finger isnt illegal lmao? Its a cultural thing, thus i dont believe showing a middle finger is a crime lmao
Just stay calm and not give a fook.

You know they're your neighbors. It would be the logical decision to be calm and collected around them and their decisions.

If the only thing you two know about each other is "taking a parking spot and flipping someone off" then every time you have to look at them (say when you're getting the groceries) it is going to be awkward for everyone. If you simply stated "bruh, you know that is not your parking spot" then the whole situation would be a lot calmer. They probably would say "oh, my bad" or "bruh, you got it wrong" and then you just go on your merry way.

But flipping someone off escalates the situation. When the situation escalates, a person's fight or flight response may get triggered and people get extra-retarded when they're in fear.

It is like asking a child what is the square root of 81. Most of them aren't normally prepared to understand how to react to that situation so they end up being incorrect. There are however, a couple people who are trained to deal with that situation so they will do the right thing. Same thing applies to escalated situations. Most people aren't normally prepared to understand how to react to that situation so they end up doing what their base instincts tell them to do, which is sometimes right and sometimes wrong. There are however, a couple people who are trained to deal with an escalated situation so they do the right thing.
Wait for a few weeks and then Throw eggs at their car
add a 100% black tint over all their windows
Should've just negotiated with them.

Instead of pulling the middle finger, you could've kindly notified them that you normally park there.

But in this situation, I'd tell the landlord that they've taken your parking spot and been loud etc
Be careful you never know who you're dealing with. My brother's friend (our neighbor) stole 150 dollars from me and I was pretty mad I went and talked to him privately he then threatened me and said that his father is a big man in the police department and said that I would get in trouble. I didn't believe him and I pushed him away from his door to go get my money and he called his father saying that I was trying to steal his money and that I hit him multiple times. His dumbass father believed him, but all he did was talk to my mother about it. He still has my money.
