been using this allthe way. no ban yet
i Don't know how i can get ban. i used ini for a month without any problem. That's a ban from Bluehole ( it said that game banned, VAC in good standing )
You guy can check my account: Syvania (400$ value). Got banned 11/21/2017 ( No game update at that time )
I can transfer my items in steam to new account ( bought 20$ to day 11/22/2017 ).
Finally, i missed my 23 chicken dinner.

still didnt get any answer on pubg forum .
the main problem for me is i cant put my item in market or trade them . so yeah big money lose on them .
Still works fine for me with several other .ini edits.

people who are getting banned are banned because you got reported and PUBG team MANUALLY checked your account, if they see any suspicious activity aka shooting at grass where they cant see but you can they obviously will flag/ban you

the bans are 100% manually done by PUBG team, so if you play obvious, you get reported = they check = you get banned.
if you dont wanna risk your account, dont use this at all, or dont play too obvious
