Savegame Editor detected?

Savegame Editor detected or not? I I started it about 2 months ago and edited all the characters and added to one survivor 500 purple flashlights and another 2x 500 add-ons
I go to the forum and see that many people write that they were banned

The thought is that many people were caught for leaving the editor open while DBD/EAC is running. Maybe also EAC can scan your saves or files. I think it's also possible some people were caught for entering the wrong perk or item name when trying to manually add it to a character

I would just edit the number down to a few of each and stop hacking items. Or hack on just an alt, if you want to experiment... but not on your main account.

Hacking is never safe, cause they can always scan or update with patches and do things. But you might try.
