paypal chargedback

can someone explain to me?

someone want to send a paypal fund to me and withdraw. he said after i withdraw , he will file a chargedback.

is it safe? im from asian country and i used stealth account and can withdraw fund..

not worth it. you'll get your account negative if u have no balance in that pp. worse case - you'll get limited.

You'll most likely get messed up.

I’ve done something similar to this; if you’re properly stealthing (no real info, VPN, etc) but I would advise against it unless you’re 100% aware of what you’re doing - and judging just from this post here you’re clueless about how this works — so don’t do it..

yeah they will catch on, not worth it unless you know what the hell you are doing to a T
