Does Walmart actually rebill

So a lot of speculation that Walmart does actually rebill. But anybody has hard proof or in reality did it happen to you where they came and gave you a bill at your doorstep? Also any ways to avoid being rebilled and how to stay completely anonymous? If you don't want to share publicly please PM me, thanks for the input and contribution

I hear it's good for a rinse and repeat of course new ip and all that. Not sure but think they lock your card to specific merchant after the 3rd refund

If you mange to use a new IP on a privacy card congrats, when I did that just to exploit promotions they banned me for "suspicious activity"

Very well yes, they are very sensitive little shits. Offers a service with whole bunch of shenanigans. Maybe start off small make few legit purchases and mix it in between.
