does anyone know if Microsoft refunds still work? thanks! please only reply if you did one recently (1 month). and please recommend refunders!

In the process of doing some and finished a few the past week.

Got a $48xx refund less then a week ago. Just said never arrived on paypal and they never responded but i saw some people say that they do respond now so maybe i just got lucky?

I've done multiple microsoft refunds in last few months.
I can confirm it's working if done right.
