Multiple Orders - Same Time Question

I have a refund that just started with a company.
Is it possible for me to order something and refund it while the previous one is in the works?
Same address - Different Billing and Shipping names

If its the same store than no. doesn't matter if you changed billing and shipping names its still the same address. But if its another store than just talk to your refunder usually you can do back to back. It all depends.
