Overwatch now uses workshop map?

So me and my friend decided to do a OW case for fun and it decided to download a workshop map?

Does this mean they track us outside the comp too?

If it was dust2, then it was an older version of dust2 (named compatability version). It basically happens because the overwatch is from an older version of csgo and it needs the map to view it. (because csgo doesn't have the old version dust2 anymore)
