Yes, if you will have a limit. Do not make 1000 memento moris etc. And you will be in safe.
Maybe, who knows.
Some ppl made it obvious, I would say keep items at a low of <60 of each, having like 400 of somin is way to obvious.
I have 101 of everything, since the FIRST version of save file editor released.
