The website was very unstable during the release, that was enough to scare me off. I even attempted to mine and the main pool went down providing me with 1 electroneum for a week's worth of mining.

I don't think you realized this is all just marketing. All this security shit is all just one big marketing scheme. This coin is nothing but a marketing coin. I love this coin because it means bitcoin is going to moon.

Etn’s value proposition is to bring completely brand new users that have never touched cryptocurrency before. How will they buy etn though? From bitcoin. Even if etn comes with a usd to etn exchange, people will realise that bitcoin is the king (when it hits all the news outlets before Christmas that bitcoin just gain 2k in a week)
