Maverick is a fucking scammer, and he didn't make this base (actually maverick is based on subversion internal) this one is subversion external and it was made by sub1to, mike.... Now sub1to and mike are making a cheat (that is fucking good tbh) called 2take1.

There is a small difference between taking the worst possible base (which hey many paid menus like dope are basically doing that) and throwing in a couple of features (those paid menus probably won't even add anything new). Now i just prefer contributing a little bit to free menu called official just to hurt the sales of the lower end paid menus. This way i'll only focus on one or two features, so i don't have to release a monstrosity like memenu (which as the name implies, it was a fucking meme to criticise the worst paid menus)

EDIT: Also by doing a menu like memenu i wasn't using someone else's work and basically puking on it, some respect please the succesor of subv external is 2take1 external, same for the internal version (so maverick can go fuck himself for stealing subv internal)

Going off the radar using the mod causes you to do no dmg with guns, ex weapons work.
Yea tested it several times enabled off the radar can't kill/deal dmg with non ex weapons, disable off the radar and am able to kill/deal dmg using non ex weapons. This dmg is to players. To Npcs it doesn't matter.

ex weapons = rpg/grenade launcher/granades/explosive rounds.
