If anyone has a better program THAT DOESN'T USE AHK, please point me toward said program.

[Until attach is approved.] - File is a black circle with a green outline and internal text of 'simple lagswitch' rotated ~15* to the left.
I used to have it on my old PC for a while, but after switching to my newest one I can't recall where I got it from.
I don't really know where I got it from anymore and any/all help would be appreciated.
I'm pretty sure I got it from MPGH.. but as I said I don't really recall where I got it from, so if its location is offsite please do be aware of the rules before trying to link.
I'm honestly just looking for some form of direction to the file, any help from MPGH staff would be appreciated of course.
