Maybe someone know, is there any solution to avoid taxes when sending a 3k macbook from Usa to Europe? Spain/Denmark
the tax is 25-30+duty, in Denmark it's even more.

Unfortunately not. I also wish I could avoid tax

Well, there is a way. You can for example fake a document to make it look like the macbook is a warranty replacement.
Other option is to make a trip to the USA (which is still cheaper than taxes, considering floghtticket prices from Copenhagen to NewYork City)

declare as something else and hope they wont check properly or declare as defective item/ just parts you usually dont have to pay tax since parts are just worth couple dollars

Do as niggo009 says just falsely declare it and hope you get lucky. I use to buy a ALOT of stuff from china to US and they would mark a $1000 shipment as a gift and I never had any problems.
