Error code 4, can anyone help ?

cant even play this game, always getting error code 4 pop up, already tried verify but nothing change

you can see in the error description what file is "incorrect"

- Delete that file
- go to steam
- Dead by Daylight Properties
- Local Files
- Verify Intergrity of Game Cache

Error code 4, I have the same problem! Verify Intergrity of Game Cache is not working. I reinstall the game several times...how to fix it?
