About The Requests

Stop trying to instantly request an update for any hacked client just after a new update has been pushed out on RoTMG. It's rude and disrespectful towards the creators who actually spend time to make clients for YOU. If you aren't patient to wait 1 - 12 hours, then the client makers shouldn't even waste their time on you updating Crazy, Nilly's, etc.

People send requests because the makers and updaters do not always go on the game and occasionally just check this site to see if there is anything new. The requests will allow them to see that there is a new update so people are relying on them to release the new client. Also, the requests could encourage normal users to update the client themselves and release it to the public. While the requests are most certainly not necessary, they have the potential to be beneficial.

It depends on how you see it. Sure, some may be beneficial, but constantly trying to pester people into updating the client won't help.

Nah, I actually get pretty annoyed when I see those "OMG UPDATE 19.#.# NILLY REALM PLSSSSS" requests, so I just made a post about it. Since I'm sure most people in this section is around 12-14 years old, they disagree with me by commenting rude things instead of actually stating why their posts might be helpful.

I mean, it's white knighting in your eyes, but it's not the case for me. I actually have the patience to wait for new updates and approvals instead of randomly commenting "APPROVE PLSSSS" or "NEW UPDATE WE NEED NEW CLIENT" etc.

I definitely agree that a lot of the request posters are pretty immature. I mean like I tried to back them up and stuff but they do just get mad at people who disagree with them. They should just try to prove their point rather than attacking back because it would make the other party look at fault.

The age gap for this part of the forum is pretty big, so it's expected that little kids go around attacking people instead of reasoning with them.

why dont they just release a tutorial on how to update them ourselves

You guys are a bunch of ungrateful douches, do you realize all the time that the people who update the clients take out of their days just to do this for you? Fuck off an wait for a few hours if you cant stand to not play the game longer than that then go play it without hacks.

Agreed. Some people are probably so bad that they MUST have hacks in order to play.
