If you type steam.resetstats it will reset all your achievements and your stats in game. I dont know, maybe you can trace it down and change what the command is doing. Anyway im willing to pay instantly, contact me, ill test the changer and if it works there u go 100€ easy money.

I don't believe it's possible.
If it was possible it would of been mentioned on any cheating site, but it has never been mentioned and is not included in any p2c, private cheat, exploit, etc
maybe these are just people that play from 2013 and farm kills on afks or something
