Help❓ Bumping Own Thread Or Not

Replying to customer question is that counted as bumping own thread?

Example

Replied customer question 9 hours ago.
Can I bump the thread now or need to wait 24 hours?

You can post on your thread every 24 hours, regardless of content.
If you need to answer a question just send a PM or talk to them on skype etc.

^ if you need to reply to the user, you can also edit your last post since you still have the 24 hour time gap
