Crouch Jump Key Bind

Please help me how to bind keys for crouch jump...

I Tried Shift+ Space and Ctrl+Shift but it doesnt work anymore i guess...

any new ways to do it?

thats how i have it accept i use Space and B because i bind the macro to space after its done
