I want someone to do a Zara refund for me, im from Portugal. Received the order 1 month ago... tried 1 guy here that said he would refund zara, but now he is saying that they dont answer his emails, bla bla. Anyone can do this for me? Add me on skype: pedrofidalgomrs

Over a month now ? You can only now refund partial of smth. You need to be honest to yourself. If you bought this and you got only one package or somevhing was wrong you would contact them same day not waiting for month to pass by. Every normal person would contact them immidiatelly becouse everyone normal personal would be pissed.

Dude the next day i started a refund with BDOGS... he was taking care of my refund. Now he says to me they dont reply to him and that he cant do nothing

that's complete bullshit. Ofc you can do nothing becouse It's not normal that you want refund after one month ? What would be the reason ? It's not some kind of electronic It's clothes. You can do partial and said one of your items It's damaged after you have only wear it like 2 months but again you would have to do a lot of explaining. You can try but I don't think its worth it.

Its not bullshit. I have proof of all skype conversation. I started the refund with bdogs... after like 3 weeks he said his partner is taking care of it. Now he said Zara dont answer his emails...
