Ranking up.

Sorry guys I know I have a bad title, I would like to ask some favor regarding something I could not explain well, there are games out there like clash of clans and the one I like (but sadly lost my account) is shinobi wars, where you could see the ranks of the people(this is why I told you I could not explain it well) some ranks at the top and some at the bottom.

let's remove whatever it is from the top of this and let's start a fresh one.

let's say I have an app that list/ranks people on a column and depending on their points that's how the app knows how to put them in the right row they supposed to be is. So if person_A has 20 points and person_B has 30 points of course person_B ranks first and he is in the first row

note: I put other person subjects just to make it more clear
now what if I want person_A to rank up, Maybe could create a prank or maybe I would say to my friend it's a cool "bug":p

I have skills in c++ so I plan to make a dll file(that will be injected) that will be injected to the application, a dll that could manipulate a the ranks list . Now I would like to ask some favor maybe someone could teach me how to do that or maybe this one is impossible, maybe I could use some links where I could start learning things.
