No recoil macro

Anyone can help me to give a norecoil macros, I downloaded it from this site about six months ago, but yesterday I reinstalled the system and it retired. I do not remember its name, but I know that it was an AHS in the format of exe.This macro worked this way, it starts, it works in the background, if it's active, then the letter H is visible in the panel, if not, then the letter S.
