How to create new account before restricted?

Hello guys, i have some problems with new acc after got restricted and need help.
I tried to change my HWID and TMAC/MAC, ip adress but it doesn`t help. (disconnected from server).
Then i tried to use virtual box and it works, i created new account. I change HWID MAC etc. again, and tried to play. (without hacks).
got restricted in hour.
What should i do? It`s impossible to play on vmbox 0=

You should get a new pc then a new internet provider, then a new house, then move to another country, then buy another pc, install Osu! and try

don't know... try get someone else to confirm registration on another computer that's not restricted, then, login on ur pc with it. Don't set a score (that includes letting yourself fail) for a week. Set a score and see if u get restricted.

change hwid, uniqueid, ip, mac adress, installid, then create a new acc without setting a single score in 2 weeks
