Recommendations:
Have the latest AHK installed

In-Game Recommendations:

Aim down sight sensitivity 30 or 35

Quick Notes:
Windowed Borderless is possibly the best screen option since Absolute displays in-game until a script is executed +
Alt-Tabbing works best with Windowed Borderless
