Hacking with UCE

Is it possible to hack with a UCE (Undetected Cheat Engine)

I think these hacks must be possible :

- No Spray
- No Recoil
- Maybe Ammo

But searching values with my PC is so shit

I must search a value and then i can't play and i must switch to crossfire after scan and this take 1 min

i doubt its possible cause ive seen a thread saying he got unlimited ammo but after 1 clip he didnt do damage anymore lol
