[X20.0.1] Toggleable Simple Cheat Client [No Confused, Unstable, Drunk, Blind]

So I was just working on autonexus and deca updates..
Maybe on next patch?

Shortly: Few simple cheats built on Official RotMG Client and they are toggleable on/off.

Features:
- Toggle ON/OFF
- No confused
- No unstable
- No blind
- No drunk
- Show HP Left on objects when hit
- /hideops --> hides the cheat toggles from options!

Everything is toggleable on friends tab (Options).
Even the "cheat toggles" can be toggled off using "/hideops" command.
