So my package has been out for delivery for 3 days never got anything. Been rescheduled 3 times. And I've seen the delivery guy on 4 different occasions delivering packages to my neighbors. And I was wondering what you guys would suggest a good course of action is.

Called ups just told me to wait. But I know alot of people steal shit around this time and I live in LA where I actually had a 50 inch tv go "missing" with no one knowing what happened. So I'm worried and fucking pissed. And don't know what to do.

If you've seen him multiple times why didnt you go up to him and ask him if he has a package for X name, other than that you can call them or request on the website that the package require a signature upon delivery

Just call them and ask them to hold it at the office. Go yourself and pick it up?

It's possibly being held in one of their facilities and require you to pick it up for whatever reason. *cough* If you've been refunding it's possible your address got flagged and they will no longer be delivering to you and require you to pick up all packages from them w/ ID and signature.

When it happened to one of my addresses it kept saying out for delivery and then rescheduled or some bullshit like that, I had to call and have them strictly find out what is happening and I think she had to speak with a higher up or a different department to find out that the address had been blacklisted and the packages were going to be held in their facility. We eventually fixed it, but don't do refunds there anymore.

Once I called ups about it and bitched was delivered the same day.
