Cheat Engine "Access Violation" when opening dbd
When i have dead by daylight open, I go to cheat engine and click the "select process to open" button. When I select to open dead by daylight i get the message "Access Violation". I cant seem to solve this problem. I thought it was something to do with EAC but ive bypassed it. I have also blocked dbd using my firewall

Also, im a noob when it comes to using cheat engine and cheating in dbd so sorry xD

make sure easyanticheat.exe isnt running

easyanticheat.exe is not running, let me try starting CE first. if thats the problem then im so dumb.

Starting CE first doesnt solve the issue. Ive also tried re-installing CE but this doesnt help either

If this makes a different, When i click to select the process, all the other things i can select have an icon next to them but dbd doesnt have an icon next to it...

make sure u added the rule in firewall and go to %appdata% and delete EasyAntiCheat folder and try again

nope, still says access violation.

I downloaded Verm77's Bypasser and it did not help.

I am not a noob and I have the exact same problem with that exact game. I wonder if it's something new?

Found a Fix When you Open The Process Window You will see another Tab called Processes Click on it and then you will see dead by daylight shipping etc etc
