The app itself is nice (there is a mobile app you can use as well). I mainly experienced Hotel.com through their iPhone app, so I don't know much about the website, but from my experience on it, I can honestly say it wasn't too bad. Their prices are legit, and they actually look for the hotels near you and most applied to your necessities. They manually look for ones that you would benefit from, and choose a price range that you can't find in most apps these days.
