eBay Selling limit request
Hey MPGH community!

Does anybody know how much time does it take for the eBay customer service to actually respond to an email that I sent them in order to increase my selling limits? I mean the first time they responded it took like 2 days and asked for some additional info about my products. Now its been 6 days and no answer back. Was it a mistake that I replied to the message they sent me maybe and I should have replied through eBay?

Anyone who has experienced this please give an insight!
Thanks.
It's better to call them bro, so they can instantly increase your limits.
@Warrenous Sure brother, but I don't live in the US so calling them may cost me around 10-15 Euros (which I can avoid through email)

That's not really a problem bro. There are a lot of apps available in playstore (if you have an android phone) for calling US numbers, incl. ebay, PayPal etc. You can use Hangouts Dialer, Skype, TextFree, etc. in calling eBay. Goodluck.
I did it through their live chat when i got mine increased. Was really easy! This was a while back I am not even sure if the live chat still exists?

you can no longer use live chat for increasing selling limit. You need to phone them. It's still easy tho, they will just ask basic questions related to your account ownership.
I did a call to ebay to increase my selling limit but they didn't increased it. :/
Will be happy if someone can guide me about this matter.
call them via skype, I called them from russia, spoke with philippin girl about 20 minutes and I didn't pay anything I mean $0.00
I called, 5 minutes on the phone and they increased my limits to 100 items or $5,000. Whatever's first.
