PayPal Limited !!
i was selling stuff at my ebay and my paypal got limited they asked some info and i provided
but there is an option that i dont understand its " resolve issues in other account "
and they linked me accounts that was i used before but i dont have access to them now

any one can help me to make this limited lift? and i will pay 25$ who can help me to understanding and make this limited left

i have it, they send me information that what should i do to fix my limitation, but as i said there is an option i cant resolve it
