Refunding nike

Hey i had a few questions about nike refund

1. do they send confirmation regarding the refund? like its being processed or anything?

2. How long does it take?

it was supposedly done last thursday and its been 5 business days since.

I am worried

im in the same spot as you, im guessing because of the holiday season there will be some delays

Nike is a pain in the ass (at least it was for me).
1. They investigate and will keep you updated sometimes.
2. It took about 2 months for the money to hit my bank so its not really worth it.

if you can deal with heavy investigation from UPS then dont worry.

Depends on your luck.
I had a Nike order that was a month old refunded and it was done immediately with confirmation email. The order was less than 200$ though
