Is there a way to find firecrackers with steam crack if you already have one? 
You need:
Cheat Engine
ID for firecracker
ID for empty slot
ID for an item (a group of items) from your loadout
What you do:
Convert your selected item to Firecracker
Ex: 15 medkits -> 15 firecrackers.

Before bypass EAC ANTICHEAT and use cheat engine.
To find the IDs:
1. make sure that any slot enters is empty (ie if it is an addon make sure the slots of your addon are empty)
2. do a search for 8 bytes for "653"
3. equip the item you want to find the ID of
4. in the search results different addresses should have changed the value to the same number; this is the ID of the object
Once you have the IDs:
1. write down the quantity of the item you do not want
2. Search (8 bytes) for the ID of that item
3. If multiple characters have that element, you should notice more "sets" of addresses that have the same characters at the beginning; each of these sets corresponds to the inventory of another character
4. To find the set that matches your character, find a set that has the same number of addresses as the amount of that element on that character (for example, if you have 23 Tanager Courier Trapper, you should find a set of 23 addresses when looking for the garland IDs, each of these addresses is a Tanager Wreath that the Trapper has in his inventory)
5. Once you find the right set, add it to the table and change all the values in the item ID of the new item
6. Update the loading screen and the items must be changed
