To be able to use the hack first refer to this How to bypass Garena 2010
After you bypass Garena this are the steps.
Open Garena, start BS, close Garena from task manager, open hack.

Time = you can put whatever value you want. (you can use it along with the mastery).
Mastery = increase your weapon mastery.
Bonus points only (bounty points) = if you tick that box the game will automatically close and you will receive the bp according to your status.
Exp+Bonus points = same as above except you will get the experience too.
Invisible = when you will be on high ground you will be invisible.
Infinite grenades = you know what it means.

And is there another way to do it without Garena, because it's just a launcher with Blackshot Launcher and needed Garena username and password?
