Buying Clean IPs/Proxies

Where can I buy clean IPs to create eBay accounts? Most proxies I find are blacklisted or report as a proxy service.

goto marketplace and buy a vpn bro. they are cheaper than any legit service youre gonna use

A VPN is just using their own list of proxies no?

Why does that matter? Some VPN services have their own private proxy server but I don't really see the reason for it if you can just connect/disconnect then it changes your IP if it's banned.. they're technically private anyway. thousands upon thousands of different IPs in every state that you can try if another doesn't work. Like what expressvpn states for an example;

"ExpressVPN has over 145 VPN servers in 94 countries around the globe. Each location can have hundreds of servers, with each server containing thousands of IPs."

Most VPN services IPs are blacklisted as well, right???

This website sells fresh Dedicated IP Address but are fairly expensive imo.

They're NOT cheap. But better to use Mobile IP, you can have thousands of IPs, which are not blacklisted.
