Partial or Full?

So I ordered clothes and shoes from Zalando and they're shipping it in two parcels. Parcel #1 has four clothes, two of which I would say only came. Parcel #2 has two shoes only and both shoes i really want to keep. Never been in this situation before, what should I do?
