dpd uk delivery

-getting phone for Christmas(Pixel 2)
-dpd delivering it 24th dec
-8 in the morning get a email saying the driver was 5 mins away
-wake up in a rush
-see driver at road in the van doesn't step out
-goes outside
-driver starts to drive away
-i run outside shouting
-driver looks at me smiles and drives off
-phone now coming the 28th

DPD is horrible.
Although most carriers are, Alot of times I order something (Here in the netherlands we can even choose day/night delivery) 99% of the time when I do night since I work during the day, they put a note in the mailbox saying I wasn't home yet they never ring the doorbell, idk why probably since they didn't take the package or something or they are just ******s.

Just complain his ass and get him fired just because he did that to you ezezezez
