Need Help With Scope

If Anyone That Knows How To Make Scopes I Need Help Because I Havent Made It That Deep As Far As Modding And Im Trying To Get

all scopes use a scope overlay texture in UI_HUD_Info.rez editing the dtx files in that folder in the rez will give you a modify scope

note: usually with my experience using DEdit to extract the scope files to a tga is far easier to work with in terms of scopes
