Repurchasing Rainbow Six: Siege (After Permanent Ban)

ı got permanent banned for using renown farmer.It was 1 year ago and ı wanted to play the game again now.I purchased the game through Steam and linked it to my Uplay account.My question is ı dont want to create a new steam acc.Can ı just open a new uplay account and link up to my main steam account?

just buy the game on uplay on a new uplay account and ignore steam. you cant use the steam overlay anyways because they blocked it.

idk why your spending all that money anyways you can buy cracked accounts for 40-90 cents
