Reset 2FA

I am trying to log onto the site from another location however I keep getting "Invalid Code" when I enter the code from the Authenticator app.

I also get the same problem when trying to use my recovery key which I noted down when I first enabled 2FA.

Could it be possible that it can be looked at or removed so I can try and re-add it again.
