You can't play on just making a new account, as you're still using the same steam owner when launching the game. You'd have to make a new steam account and buy the game all over again.

RUST might have a HWID banning system.

Lot of people think rust has HWID ban, need to install Rust on a different HDD/SSD or get a harddrive spoofer. goodluck

There are multiple ways an Anti-Cheat like EAC can find your actual HWID, so spoofing one way will not fix it completely as there is no complete way to do so. The best you can do is install Windows onto a new SSD or HDD and play Rust on there. Oh and BTW, EAC will not ban for shits and giggles, you did something fucking stupid if you got banned the way you did.

I did use a Chinese HWID Spoofer, i can play the game again. You dont need a new SSD. And no i did not do something stupid.

They don't ban for random bullshit, the only way you can get banned is by breaching their terms of use, which you did or you wouldn't of been banned in the first place. If you emailed EAC and talked to them and asked for an un-ban and they said no, or didn't even respond then you did something wrong. They can check exactly what happened on their end and know when a fuck up has occurred.
