HelpGTA 5 Injector

I want to inject a menu but I don't know what injector to use. Xenos appears as a trojan on the posted scans and on my personal anti-virus. Is there an injector that is 100% safe that won't give my PC aids?

Also im pretty sure when you scan most injectors it will give some kind of virus alert but it's probably inactive.
If you don't trust it just use sandboxie.
